THHD Order Form 2012

Hi,
Attached is an updated THHD merchandise order form – there are a few “NEW” items added!
Keep in mind that for most of the items there is a minimum of 12 pieces required…..
It would be great if we could get to the minimum on the tank tops, the hooded sweatshirts, the cheer shorts, and the fold over capri pants! (items highlighted in pink)
The items highlighted in yellow have no minimum quantity!
Form and payment due by April 14 (Linda Armstrong Workshop)!
